この抗体の前回のロットを、VLA（β1）インテグリンを106細胞に相当するライセート：2 μgから免疫沈降するために使用しました。
フローサイトメトリー：
濃度10 μg/mLの前回のロットをFCで使用しました。
凍結組織切片における免疫組織染色：
前回のロットの20 μg/mLを使用しました。VLA（β1）が幅広く組織分布しているため、さまざまな細胞タイプへのMAB1997の結合が一般的に観察されています。
VLAインテグリンを介したマトリックスタンパク質への細胞接着は阻害しません。MAB1997によるVLA（β1）インテグリンシグナル伝達性の活性化は特性評価されていません。
ウェスタンブロッティング：
10 µg/mL。SDS変性・加熱されたサンプルに有効です。還元サンプルには有効ではありません。
最適なワーキング希釈倍率は、お客様が決めてください。

General description
インテグリンベータ-1（UniProt P05556、別名CD29、糖タンパク質Iia、GPIIA、インテグリンVLA-4サブユニットベータ、Very late activation protein、ベータポリペプチド）は、ヒトITGB1（別名FNRB、MDF2、MSK12、VLA-BETA、VLAB）遺伝子（Gene ID 3688）によってコードされています。 インテグリンベータ-1は、130 kDaの膜貫通型糖タンパク質であり、さまざまなインテグリンアルファサブユニット（アルファ 1、アルファ 2、アルファ 3、アルファ 4、アルファ 5、アルファ 6など）と相互作用して、特定の細胞外マトリックスタンパク質に結合する機能的受容体を形成します。インテグリン受容体は、胚発生、創傷修復、止血、プログラム細胞死の予防など、さまざまな重要な生物学的機能を調節しています。また、腫瘍に向けた血管新生、腫瘍の増殖、転移などの異常な病的状態にも関与しています。これらのヘテロ二量体受容体は、細胞質アクチン細胞骨格と、細胞外マトリックスおよび／または隣接細胞に存在するタンパク質を架橋します。インテグリンと細胞外マトリックスとの相互作用により、シグナル伝達経路の活性化と遺伝子発現の調節が行われます。
