Western blot: 1:2000-1:5000+

Immunocytochemistry: 4% PFA fixed cells (5-10′ RT, block with 3% normal secondary serum in PBS with 0.1% triton X-100 to permeabilize cell membrane. Primary antibody, 1:400, 1 hour.
