ウェスタンブロッティング：Nkx2.1陽性細胞株MLE15、H441-4、H345およびラットII型肺胞細胞の核抽出物または全細胞ライセートのイムノブロッティングにおいて、40 kDaのバンドと反応します。
免疫組織染色：ホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋組織で使用できます。加熱によるエピトープ賦活化を推奨します。
