Epitope: Internal (C-terminal half).

Clone 3E4.1 detects the alpha 1 subunit found in the heterotrimeric type I intracellular PAF-AH. The alpha 1 subunit was originally named the gamma subunit (Arai, H., et al. (2002) J. Biochem. 131(5):635-640; Hattori, M., et al. (1993) J. Biol. Chem. 268(25):18748-18753).

Purified mouse monoclonal IgG2bκ antibody in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in K562 cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 0.5 µg/mL of this antibody detected PAFAH1B3 in 10 µg of K562 cell lysate.

Human, Mouse. Predicted to react with Rat, Bovine based on 100% sequence homology.
