General description
Microcon®遠心式フィルターは、10～500 μLの容量の水性生体サンプルの効率的な濃縮、脱塩、バッファー交換を可能にします。Microcon® DNA FAST FLOWフィルターは、SDSバッファーを用いたゲノムDNAの濃縮や回収に最適化されています。
Application
Ultracelメンブレンを用いたMicrocon DNA Fast Flow遠心式フィルターユニットを用いて一般的な有機DNAを抽出し、別の抽出方法によるDNA量と比較しました。また、ゲノムDNAの電子顕微鏡解析用の消化済みDNAのろ過にも用いられています。
