General description
Milliflex®カセットは、すぐ使える寒天ベースの培地です。便利かつ迅速で信頼性の高いバイオバーデン試験のため、Milliflex®またはMilliflex Oasis®システムとともに使用します。この充填済み寒天カセットは、品質を保証し外因性汚染のリスクを回避しつつ、微生物汚染検査のワークフローを合理化するために役立ちます。各プレートは3つの部分から成り、培地約10 mLが入っています。マッコンキー寒天培地は大腸菌群と E. coliを分離するための選択培地です。培地に含まれる胆汁酸塩とcrystal violetは、グラム陽性細菌群の増殖を大きく阻害します。乳糖とpH指示薬のニュートラルレッドを用いて乳糖分解を検出します。乳糖発酵性細菌と乳糖非発酵性細菌を区別するのに有用です。グラム陰性細菌の分離にも役立ちます。

マッコンキー寒天培地充填済みMilliflex®カセットは、バイオバーデン試験、水モニタリング、および一般的な微生物学的分析に使用されています。医薬品および化粧品産業で広く用いられています。

乳糖発酵生物は赤色（沈殿した胆汁の領域の有無を問わない）になります。非乳糖発酵生物は無色～白色のコロニーになります。Crystal violetと胆汁酸塩が、グラム陽性微生物、とくにEnterococciとStaphylococciを抑制します。
