Lyophilized from 250 mM NaCl, 10 mM sodium phosphate, 15 mg/ml BSA, pH 7.6.
Preparation Note
Reconstitute the lyophilized conjugate with in 1 ml sterile dH₂O. Lyophilized conjugate should be resuspended at 4°C with occasional gentle mixing for at least 2 h. Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Avoid freeze/thaw cycles of solutions.
Other Notes
Direct conjugates of streptavidin are provided to be used in combination with biotinylated Calbiochem
