General description
Millicellインサートにより、接着細胞または懸濁細胞が頂端側と側底側の両方から培地にアクセスできます。細胞の増殖、構造、機能は、in vivoで生じることをより厳密に模倣します。また、Millicellインサートでは、細胞単層の両側を検討することが可能です。

- 細胞接着、3D細胞培養、細胞増殖、細胞分化、免疫細胞染色
- Bioporeメンブレン（親水性PTFE）は、低タンパク質結合、生細胞観察、免疫蛍光の用途に最適です。

Preparation Note
基底側からのメンブレンを適切に湿潤させ、気泡形成の可能性を軽減するため：
- アッセイ溶液または培地をレシーバーウェルに加えます：6 ウェルフォーマットまたは同等サイズの場合、2 mL。
- ピンセットを用いて、インサートを 30°～45° の角度でレシーバーウェルに入れ、基底側面から徐々に濡らします。
- 端が濡れ始めたら、ウェルに完全に収まるまでインサートを静かに下げます。
