General description
光酸化UVランプは、Milli-Q®システムで使用するための交換用ランプです。このランプは、光酸化作用により、有機分子を分解して無機種にします。二つの波長を組み合わせると、酸化過程の重要な種であるヒドロキシラジカル（OH）が発生します。有機汚染物質が酸化されると荷電した有機酸およびCO2となり、水と結合して、炭酸イオンと重炭酸イオンが生成します。これらの新たに形成されたイオンは、UVランプの下流の混合イオン交換樹脂に保持されます。この光酸化UVランプは、Milli-Q® Advantage A10 / Direct / Element / Integral / Reference水精製システム用です。
Application
このUVランプで処理した水は、有機汚染物質が少なく、有機物感受性のすべての用途（HPLCなど）に適しています。
