General description
Ttriethylammonium acetate（TEAA）バッファーは、HPLC分析で広く使用されているバッファー溶液です。逆相液体クロマトグラフィー（RPLC）を用いたUV検出によるオリゴヌクレオチドの分析において、イオンペアリング試薬としても使用されています。
Application
TEAAは、以下の分析においてイオンペアリング試薬として使用できます：
- 糖ヌクレオチドの分析のための逆相クロマトグラフィー
- 超高速液体クロマトグラフィー（UHPLC）を用いたオリゴヌクレオチドの分析
