5(及び-6)-カルボキシフルオロセインジアセタートN-スクシンイミジルエステル（CFSE）は膜透過性の蛍光染料です。細胞内分子と共有結合することにより細胞を標識します。CFSEはリンパ球の遊走及び増殖の追跡に使用されます。
