Application

Trizmaは、pH範囲が7.5から8.5の間のバッファー溶液の調製に使用されます。トリスバッファー溶液は、タンパク質や核酸の抽出や精製のプロセスのために細胞生物学や分子生物学において広く使用されています。Trizmaベースのバッファーは、カラムクロマトグラフィーやゲル電気泳動でも使用されます。Trizma塩酸塩は、あらゆる種類のトリスバッファーの調製のための一般試薬として使用されます。

すべてのバッファーのpHは、温度や濃度に依存します。トリスバッファーの場合、温度が1°C低下するとpHは約0.03上昇し、希釈10倍ごとにpHは0.03～0.05低下します。精密なアプリケーションには、適切に校正した、ガラス／カロメル複合電極のpHメーターを使用してください。
