General description
アガロースゲルに固定化したm-アミノフェニルボロン酸（m-APB）は免疫グロブリンの捕捉に有用ですが、非特異的な相互作用も引き起こします。m-APBAはボロン酸親和性基質であり、モノクローナル抗体の親和性精製に効果的に使用されます。
Application
m-アミノフェニルボロン酸-アガロースは以下の用途に使用されます：
- Escherichia coli（大腸菌）TOP10F細胞の精製用カラムの構成要素として
- PAR化(ポリ(ADP-リボス)イル化)タンパク質を検出するために、さまざまな細胞の細胞溶解物（ライセート）と
- セイヨウワサビペルオキシダーゼ（HRPO）の親和性精製に
- 糖化ヒト血清アルブミン（gHSA）精製に
