Cryo-DMSO-F is a fully defined cryopreservation medium that is serum-free, protein-free, animal origin-free, and DMSO-free. It is specifically designed for preparing and preserving cells in ultra-low temperature environments ranging from -80 to -196°C, ensuring a safe and protective environment during freezing, storage, and thawing while also expanding storage temperature versatility. The special formulation in CRYO-DMSO-F significantly reduces freezing-induced apoptosis and necrosis, enhancing post-thaw cell viability and function. This medium is recommended for the preservation of CAR-T, NK, and macrophage cells.
