General description
- 従来のポリスチレン製プレートより底部が60%薄いため、バックグラウンド蛍光が弱く、340 nmまで読み取り可能
- 蛍光アッセイでのウェル間クロストークを抑える設計
- 天面読み取り機にも、底面読み取り機にも対応可
- 未処理(中等度結合性)ポリスチレン表面はその性質上疎水性を持ち、受動的相互作用により生体分子と結合します。
- 表面と相互作用できる大きな疎水部を有する大型分子(抗体など)の固定化に主に適しています。
- 未処理のマイクロプレートの結合能は約 100～200 ng IgG/cm2です。
