General description

ダルベッコリン酸緩衝生理食塩水（DPBS）は、哺乳類細胞の取り扱いおよび培養のための、緩衝塩溶液（BSS）です。DPBS緩衝液は、浸透圧の平衡を維持しながら哺乳類細胞を灌漑、洗浄、および希釈するために使用されます。また、正常な細胞代謝に必要な水と無機イオンを供給します。カルシウムおよびマグネシウムを含むDPBSは、細胞の結合や凝集を促進します。これらのイオンを含まないダルベッコPBSは、懸濁細胞の洗浄やリンスに使用できます。リン酸緩衝液は、pHを生理学的な範囲内に維持します。
