アール平衡塩類溶液10xは、生理的pHの生理食塩水です。′オートファジー誘導に役立ち、BCG（Bacillus Calmette-Guérin）に誘発される樹状細胞（DC）成熟化を促進します。
Application
アール平衡塩類溶液10xは、次の用途で使用されています：′
- ヒツジ線虫 Trichostrongylus colubriformisの卵を培養するための栄養培地の添加剤として
- ヒト精子サンプルを調製するためのスイムアップ法における使用
- ウシ初代乳房上皮細胞を培養するための定常培地として

- 細胞内外の浸透圧の平衡を維持しながらかん流、輸送、希釈するための液体として機能します。
- 正常な細胞代謝に必要な水や特定の大量無機イオンを細胞に供給します。
- グルコースなどの炭水化物と組み合わせた場合、細胞代謝の主なエネルギー源となります。
- 培地を生理的pH範囲（7.2～7.6）内に維持するための緩衝系となります。
Preparation Note
1ｘ濃度において2.2 g/L 炭酸水素ナトリウムを添加してください。
