Application

E-TOXATEキットは、敗血症ラットモデルの感染に使用するB群溶血性連鎖球菌の懸濁液において、細菌数の測定に使用されました。
E-Toxate™キットを用いて以下由来のエンドトキシンを測定しました：
  • Tabebuia chrysanthaおよびTabebuia roseaの植物メタノール性抽出物
  • ヒト五量体C反応性蛋白（pCRP）
  • ジフテリア毒素調製物
