General description
EZ view Red Anti-FLAG M2アフィニティーゲルは、4%アガロースビーズに共有結合した抗FLAG M2抗体から構成される樹脂です。アフィニティーゲルは、免疫沈降アッセイの調製において、FLAG-タグ化タンパク質の精製を目的として、細胞溶解物や組織などの試料にFLAG融合タンパク質を結合させるために使用されます。赤色の色素により視認性が高まり、より効率的に結果を得ることができます。アガロースビーズは、N-末端、Met-N-末端およびC-末端で、FLAG融合タンパク質、3xFLAG-タグ化融合タンパク質に結合します。
