Biochem/physiol Actions
フロイント完全アジュバント中のマイコバクテリアは、マクロファージや他の細胞を注射部位に誘引することにより免疫反応を亢進させます。このため、フロイント完全アジュバントは初回注入に、フロイント不完全アジュバントはその後のブーストに用いられます。

完全フロイントアジュバントは、1 mL中に加熱殺菌乾燥した Mycobacterium tuberculosis （結核菌、H37Ra、ATCC 25177）を1 mg、パラフィン油0.85 mL、およびモノオレイン酸マンニド0.15 mLを含有しています。
