General description
緑色蛍光タンパク質（GFP）発色団は、Phe64-Ser-Tyr-Gly-Val-Gln69アミノ酸配列を有するヘキサペプチドフラグメントを含みます。GFPの構造は、11本鎖β-バレルと中央ヘリックスを含み、その分子量は26 kDaに相当します。

ウサギで産生された抗GFP、N末端抗体は、以下の用途に使用されています：
