General description

ハンクス’平衡塩溶液（HBSS）は、生物学的培地を模倣した、細胞を安定化させる緩衝液です。白血球の標識研究に有用です。HBSSは歯根膜細胞の有効な保存剤です。HBSSは必須無機イオンを含まず、飢餓研究に有用です。

Other Notes

フェノールレッドは、クローニング密度での細胞の増殖に干渉する場合があることが示されています。幹細胞を用いて作業する場合や、低密度で細胞を増殖する場合にこの培地を使用してください。
