- 核抽出前の寄生虫固定に使用するM9バッファーの成分として。
Biochem/physiol Actions
硫酸マグネシウムには、抗けいれん性、抗炎症性、血管拡張性があります。硫酸マグネシウムは、平滑筋を弛緩させます。急性喘息患者に追加治療として使用される硫酸マグネシウムの静脈内投与および吸入投与は、両者とも肺機能を改善します。硫酸マグネシウムは、高リスク妊婦の早期分娩を抑制します。
