General description

プルロニック®F-127は、ポロキサマー407としても知られる無毒で非イオン性の共重合体です。PEO-PPO-PEO対称を形成するために、トリブロック構造に配置されたポリエチレンオキシド-ポリプロピレンオキシドを含んでいます。両親媒性に由来するこのポリマーの界面活性特性が、疎水性表面と生体膜との相互作用を可能にしています。
