HRP結合抗ウサギIgG濃縮（Item I1）は、ウェスタンブロッティングや免疫組織化学法で使用されてきました。
General description
免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は、免疫グロブリンファミリーに属し、広く発現されている血清抗体です。定常（C）領域のガンマ（γ）重鎖で構成されています。IgGの150 kDaの単量体構造は、50 kDaの2本の同じ重鎖と25 kDaの2本の同じ軽鎖で構成されています。この抗体の一次構造には、2本の重鎖の連結と重鎖と軽鎖の結合に関与するジスルフィド結合も含まれており、鎖内に存在しています。IgGはさらに、それぞれγ1、γ2、γ3、およびγ4という名前の異なる重鎖を持つIgG1、IgG2、IgG3、およびIgG4に分類されます。
