General description
BIOshell™ 400 Å Protein C4カラムには、大きなタンパク質の効率的な分離を実現することに特化して設計された400 Åの細孔径を持つ3.4 μmの新型Fused-Core粒子が入っています。このカラムシリーズは、細胞膜に存在するような高疎水性タンパク質で非常に良好な分離を実現します。徹底的にエンドキャップされた表面と併用されるC4リガンドにより、大きな生体分子や高疎水性生体分子でも最適なタンパク質回収を確実に行うことができます。3.4 μm Fused-Core粒子により、分析時間は短縮しながら、1.7 μmの300 Åの全多孔性C4粒子と同等の背圧を保つことができます。このカラムシリーズは、最大圧力9000 psi（600 bar）、最高温度90 °C、pH範囲2～9において長期にわたり使用することができます。
