General description

Plant cell division factor. Stimulates Ca²⁺ influx (K_m = 1 nM) by moss protoplasts. Reported to induce positive inotropic effects through activation of P2-purinergic receptors. When complexed with copper, catalyzes molecular oxygen dismutation at physiological pH.

Km = 1 nM in stimulating Ca2+ influx

Primary Target

Product does not compete with ATP.

Preparation Note
