General description

BAD, BID, and BIM are pro-apoptotic BH3-only proteins that initiate apoptosis by antagonizing anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 members. BCL-B functions as a pro-survival protein, contributing to the balance of apoptotic signaling.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 4 analytes in human cell lysate samples.
