General description
フィブロネクチンは、細胞外マトリックス中の普遍的なタンパク質です。3種類の繰り返しモジュラーアミノ酸コンセンサス配列からなる、モザイクタンパク質です。フィブロネクチンは、高分子量糖タンパク質のグループに属します。細胞フィブロネクチンは、線維芽細胞によって発現され、血漿フィブロネクチンは、通常肝細胞によって遊離されます。
