General description

Immunogen

Application

使用经过验证可用于ELISA、IC、IH、IP和WB的抗NG2硫酸软骨素蛋白聚糖抗体对NG2硫酸软骨素蛋白聚糖进行检测。

免疫细胞化学：
一个先前批次产品已以1:150-1:600的稀释度被用于IC中。

免疫组织化学：
与Alexa Fluor共轭二抗一起，一个先前批次产品以1：200的稀释度已用于胚胎小鼠大脑的冷冻切片中。应注意避免过度固定组织切片。建议在2-4％PFA中进行短暂（5-10分钟）固定。

免疫沉淀：
一个浓度为2 μg/mL的先前批次产品已被用于IP中。

ELISA：
一个先前批次的产品已以1：1,500-1：3,000的稀释度用于ELISA中。

Biochem/physiol Actions

NG2硫酸软骨素蛋白聚糖。AB5320可通过蛋白质印迹和ELISA对完整的蛋白聚糖和核心蛋白进行鉴定。当少突胶质细胞前体细胞（即O-2A祖细胞）被活体染色时，该染色会以簇状出现在细胞表面。该抗体不能很好地对分化的少突胶质细胞进行染色。

Physical form

在含有0.02％叠氮化物的PBS缓冲液中纯化的兔多克隆抗体。

通过蛋白A对抗体进行纯化，然后置于纤连蛋白亲和柱上。

Preparation Note

自收到之日起以未稀释的等分试样形式，在-20ºC可稳定保存6个月。

使用建议：
收到后，在取下瓶盖之前，将小瓶离心并轻轻混合溶液。分装到微量离心管中，并储存于 -20°C。避免反复冻融循环，以免损坏 IgG 和影响产品性能。
