Biochem/physiol Actions
葡聚糖是大小和几何形状不同的葡萄糖聚合物的混合物。硫酸葡聚糖形式的葡聚糖可充当抗凝血剂。葡聚糖通过作用于凝血因子和血小板功能而干扰血凝块形成。它延长了形成凝块所需的时间并降低了最大凝块强度。葡聚糖对内稳态的干扰可能会引起出血增加、结肠炎和肾衰竭。
