来自鲱鱼睾丸的脱氧核糖核酸钠盐，也称为HtDNA，是DNA结合剂研究的天然DNA来源。 HtDNA的检出限约为5.0ng，光散射强度（I(LS)）的线性范围为0.05 ~ 2.5 mµg。
Application
从鲱鱼睾丸中提取的脱氧核糖核酸钠盐被用于研究调节DNA结构和功能的DNA结合剂。鲱鱼睾丸DNA也用于溶液中DNA行为的物理化学研究。
