Biochem/physiol Actions

亚麻酸参与高度不饱和脂肪酸的形成。它对皮肤、血液和神经细胞的发育至关重要。亚麻酸还与神经突触脂质膜、视网膜色素上皮细胞和心肌细胞的组织形成相关。它在大脑发育和前列腺素合成中具有重要作用。必需脂肪酸缺乏与皮肤病和生长迟缓有关。
