Application
この抗Prox 1抗体を用いたProx 1の検出は、IC、IHでの使用が検証されています。
免疫組織染色：
1:2,000～1:10,000を、4%パラホルムアルデヒド固定、凍結組織切片の終夜インキュベーションに使用します。胚には浸漬固定が推奨されます。それ以降の動物にはかん流固定が推奨されます。推奨される透過処理溶液は0.1% Triton X100です。推奨されるブロッキングバッファーは、0.1% Tritonおよび10%血清を含有するPBSです。

この抗体の以前のロットを免疫細胞染色で使用しました

Biochem/physiol Actions
Prox1を認識します。この抗体は、脊髄背部、神経節隆起、視床および海馬を含む神経系の多くの領域の発生過程でProx1発現細胞を特定するために有用です。
その他の種は試験していません。
General description
Drosophila ProsperoのホモログであるProx1は、結合して肝臓受容体ホモログ1（LRH1/NR5A2）のコレセプターとして機能する、ホメオボックス含有転写因子です。リンパ内皮細胞だけでなく、肝芽細胞や肝細胞にも特異的なマーカーです。ヒトProx1のアミノ酸配列は、マウスおよびラットProx1のアミノ酸配列と97%同じです。
