N21 Medium Supplement is an optimized serum-free supplement developed for isolation and expansion of neurons from mouse and rat hippocampus. In addition to its use for long term neuronal survival, it has also been validated for serum-free culture of mouse ES cells and human ES cell derived neural progenitor cells.
