General description

ReadyMix™ Taq PCR Reaction Mixは、PCR反応に必要なすべて(特異的なプライマーと鋳型を除く)を含めて調製された溶液です。本混合液は、シグマの高品質Taq DNAポリメラーゼ、純度99%のデオキシヌクレオチドおよび最適反応濃度の2倍の緩衝液を含みます。反応セットアップでは、ReadyMix (25 μL)をプライマー、鋳型および水(全体積50 μL)に加えます。ReadyMix Taq PCR Reaction Mixを使用すると、ピペット・ステップが減って汚染リスクが低減されます。その結果、シグマのTaq DNAポリメラーゼの優れた性能を享受しつつ、時間を節約して誤差を低減できます。
