General description

チタン(IV)イソプロポキシドは、刺激臭のある高純度の無色から黄色がかった液体です。無色～黄色がかった色の液体で、刺激臭があります。この化合物は、ガラス上での高品質の二酸化チタン膜の作製などのさまざまな用途やエレクトロニクスにおける薄膜トランジスタの作製に使用されています。また、特殊ポリマー、セラミックの製造、有機合成にも使用されます。

Application

金属酸化物／ホスホン酸塩新規ハイブリッド材料が、チタン(IV)イソプロポキシドから二段階のゾルゲル反応によって合成されています。 また、チタン酸バリウムストロンチウム薄膜用の出発物質でもあります。放射性廃棄物除去用イオン交換材料として有望な、多孔性チタノシリケートの合成に用いられています。 Applied in the formation of a heterosupermolecule consisting of a TiO2 nanocrystallite-viologen electron acceptor complex whose light-induced electron transfer has been demonstrated.
