General description

A competitive, non-selective antagonist for muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (mAChR). Most effective at treating motion sickness. It is also a research tool for inducing memory impairment in vivo. Frequently used in researches related to learning, memory and Alzheimer′s dementia.

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 3 months at -20°C.
