General description
Normal donkey serum is a common blocking agent used to reduce background staining by preventing non-specific binding of antibodies to tissue or fragment crystallizable (FC) receptors.
Normal carrier sera, produced from pooled lots of sera from healthy, non-immunized donkeys.

Preparation Note
Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at -20°C.
