Application
この抗インテグリンβ1抗体、サイトゾルを用いたインテグリンβ1の検出は、IP、WBでの使用が検証されています。
ウェスタンブロット法：全細胞ライセートでの検出には1-2μg/mLで使用。 抗体は、還元型（MW = 130kDa）および非還元型（MW = 110kDa）タンパク質に対して有効です。
