General description
Microfil®ファネルおよびフィルターは、100 mLファネルとメンブレンフィルターを1つのデバイスに組み合わせた、バイオバーデン試験の完全なソリューションを提供する、すぐに使用できる無菌フィルターユニットです。本フィルターユニットはPVDF製で、メンブレンは白色の直径47 mm混合セルロースエステル（MCE）製で、 孔径は0.45 μmです。密閉された一体型メンブレンフィルターは、メンブレンの操作や処理の必要がないため、主要な汚染源が最小限に抑えられ、バイオバーデン試験の信頼性が向上します。密閉されたメンブレンが、他のろ過システムによく見られるバイパス現象を防ぎます。ろ過後のメンブレンの凸形状は、メンブレンの完全性を示しており、また培養培地に配置されている場合には気泡の混入を防止します。

Microfil®ファネルおよびフィルターは、ビールやボトル入り飲料水のバイオバーデン試験、水質モニタリング、および一般的な微生物分析に使用されます。医薬品、化粧品、醸造業界で幅広く使用されています
