General description
ダイズカゼイン消化ブロスは、無菌培地であり、メルクのSTERITEST®ソリューションの重要な要素です。この培地の組成と増殖性能は、欧州薬局方（EP）2.6.1、米国薬局方（USP）71、および日本薬局方（JP）4.06に準拠しています。メルクの製造法は、培地の最高レベルの品質を保証しており、精度を改善し、誤った解釈と誤った結果のリスクを大きく低減させています。培地の外観は、淡黄色の透明の液体です。pHは7.3 ± 0.2、保存温度は2～25℃です。インキュベーション温度は20～25℃、インキュベーション時間は7～14日です。製品1箱には、100mLの培地が12ボトル入っています。各ボトルには、クロスコンタミネーションのリスクを最低限に抑え、汚染除去手順を最適化するセプタム付きスクリューキャップが付いています。
Application
ソイビーン・カゼイン・ダイジェスト培地は、好気性菌および真菌の検出用です。QC生物は、Bacillus subtilis（ATCC 6633）、Candida albicans（ATCC 10231）、Aspergillus brasiliensis（niger）（ATCC 16404）、Staphylococcus aureus（ATCC 6538）、およびPseudomonas aeruginosa（ATCC 9027）などです。この培地は、メンブランフィルター法または直接法による無菌試験に使用されます。非滅菌製品のための前増菌培地としても使用されます。
