ヒト全血を抗原として、最低濃度10 mg/mLでIEPシステムで測定したとき、単一のバンドを示します。免疫電気泳動によると、この抗体はヒトIgGの重鎖と反応しますが、ほとんどのヒト免疫グロブリンの軽鎖とは反応しません。ヒトIgM、IgAまたはその他の免疫グロブリン以外の血清タンパク質に対する抗体は検出されませんでしたが、他の動物種由来の免疫グロブリンとの交差反応性が認められる可能性があります。
