Application

ヤギ抗ウサギIgG抗体（H+L）、FITC結合は、ウサギIgG量の検出において、IFでの使用が文献発表され、検証されています。
免疫組織染色：希釈倍率1:200～1:500で使用できます（1-4）。

免疫細胞染色：希釈倍率1:200～1:500で使用できます（1,4）。

フローサイトメトリー：1 μgで、1×10E6個の細胞に使用できます（1,2,4）。

最適な希釈濃度は、ご自身で決定してください。

Preparation Note

未希釈抗体は、2～8℃で12か月間安定です。希釈済みの状態では保存しないでください。
