Biochem/physiol Actions

ヒトカッパ軽鎖と反応します。λ軽鎖を有するヒト骨髄腫タンパク質およびマウス免疫グロブリンに吸着します。

Physical form

アガロースに共有結合させたκ軽鎖を用いたプールしたヒトIgのアフィニティークロマトグラフィーにより精製しました。50%グリセロール/50% PBS溶液（pH7.4）に溶解。
