Preparation Note
135 °Cで30分間のSIPをフォワード25サイクルまたはフォワード22サイクルとリバース3サイクル、126 °Cで60分間のオートクレーブを25サイクル
Analysis Note
滅菌と制御下の10 Lの水でのフラッシング後、サンプルでは25°CにおいてTOCが500 ppb未満（USP <64>）および1.3 µS/cm未満（USP <64>）であることが確認されました。
ASTM® F838法を用いた最低限のBrevundimonas diminutaチャレンジ濃度である1 x 10⁷ CFU/cm² で、サンプルには定量的な保持力がありました。
