General description

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 12 analytes in chicken serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.

Analytes included: Interferon alpha (IFNα), Interferon gamma (IFNγ), Interleukin 2 (IL-2), Interleukin 6 (IL-6), Interleukin 10 (IL-10), Interleukin 16 (IL-16), Interleukin 21 (IL-21), Macrophage Inflammatory protein-1β (MIP-1b), Macrophage Inflammatory protein-3 (MIP-3a), RANTES (regulated on activation, normal T cell expressed and secreted), Macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF), Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)
