General description
インターフェロン-g（IFN-γ）は、強力な抗ウイルス活性を有するリンパ系因子です。 マクロファージとNK細胞を刺激することも分かっています。 ヒトIFN-γは、143個のアミノ酸残基を有する16.7 kDaのタンパク質です。
製品の起源：ヒト、大腸菌で発現
Application
ほとんどのin vitroアプリケーションにおいて、IFN-γは0.1～10 ng/mLの濃度範囲で生物活性を示します。 反応する細胞は以下のとおりです（部分的なリスト）： リンパ球。
Physical form
10 mMリン酸ナトリウム（pH 7.4）から滅菌ろ過、凍結乾燥されています。
Preparation Note
凍結乾燥IFN-gは室温では安定ですが、-20°Cで乾燥状態で保存するのが最良です。 短時間遠心した後、0.5～1.0 mg/mLの濃度になるよう1x PBS（pH 8.0）で溶解してください。注：さらに希釈する場合は、RPMI + 10% FCSまたは5% HSAを作成してください。4°Cで1週間、または後日使用する場合は-20°Cで保存できます。 溶解した物質は未希釈アリコートで-20°Cで最長6か月保存できます。
Analysis Note
比活性：ヒトIFN-γは標準物質と比較して十分に生物学的活性を示します。ウイルス抵抗性アッセイで判定されるED(50)は0.05 ng/mL以下です。
