General description

Milliflex^®カセットは、すぐ使える寒天ベースの培地です。便利かつ迅速で信頼性の高いバイオバーデン試験のため、Milliflex^®またはMilliflex Oasis^®システムとともに使用します。この充填済み寒天カセットは、品質を保証し外因性汚染のリスクを回避しつつ、微生物汚染検査のワークフローを合理化するために役立ちます。各プレートは3つの部分から成り、培地約10 mLが入っています。この培地は、さまざまな水のタイプ、特に高純度の水に見られる緑膿菌を単離および同定するために設計されています。セトリミドは選択剤です。緑膿菌の色素産生を阻害しません。セトリミド（第4級アンモニウム陽イオン界面活性剤として作用）の存在下では、窒素およびリンが放出されるため緑膿菌以外の細菌細胞増殖は阻害されます。

Application

セトリミド寒天培地充填済みMilliflex^®カセットは、バイオバーデン試験、および水（特に電子水、RO水、蒸留水、精製水などの高純度の水）の一般的な微生物学的分析に使用されています。PVDFフィルターは、医薬品、化粧品、および醸造業界で幅広く使用されています。
