General description

Adiponectin, leptin, and PAI-1 are key regulators of metabolism and insulin sensitivity, while IL-1β, IL-6, TNFα, and MCP-1/CCL2 are central to adipose tissue inflammation. Together, these biomarkers provide insight into metabolic dysfunction and immune-adipocyte interactions in rat models of obesity and related disorders.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 7 analytes in rat cell culture supernatants.

Analytes Included: Adiponectin, IL-1β, IL-6, Leptin, MCP-1/CCL2, PAI-1 (total), TNFα
